1. Information we collect
When you use the Healthcare Workflow Bottleneck Diagnostic, most assessment answers remain in your browser. If you choose to request an emailed report or follow-up, we collect the contact details you enter, such as your first name, work email and, where relevant, organisation name, role, country and phone number.
2. Why we collect it
Contact details are used to deliver your requested diagnostic report by email and, only when you explicitly request it, to contact you about possible next steps.
3. Diagnostic information
The diagnostic itself runs in your browser. Platinum26 does not receive the 18 individual scored-question answers. If you request an emailed report, a results summary is submitted, including dimension percentages, interpretations and prioritised practical actions.
4. Email delivery and service providers
When automated email delivery is enabled, Platinum26 uses an email service provider to send transactional report emails. The provider processes the information required to deliver the email.
5. Follow-up requests
If you separately request follow-up, Platinum26 receives your contact details and the results summary so the team can respond to your request. Follow-up is never assumed from report delivery alone.
6. Data storage and retention
This website phase does not introduce a customer database. Report and follow-up information is handled through email processing and the Platinum26 business mailbox.
7. Your choices
You can complete the diagnostic, review your results and download a PDF without providing contact details. You may contact info@platinum26.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information held in the Platinum26 mailbox.
